Tonight I took and redid the paste on the heat sink to see if I had too much on.I spread it on very thin like just the size of BB or little bigger.Turn the machine on and let it run for a while.within minutes it started getting very warm.Running at 120* Before hand it was very hot so Im pretty sure its not getting enough cooling and another heat sink will fix the problem.I have question what is normal temp for older model dual core Atllon processors? Also using speed fan can I adjust the fan speed on the heat sink for additional cooling?
