Can anyone tell me how to play videos through my computer such as outputting video games to my monitor? Is there a card i can get with a/v inputs? If so, where?

Without knowledge of your computer or operating system it is rather difficult to make a response. More info would probably help you.

Not sure what you mean, Why dont you just use your television for video games and what does this have to do with a car.

As the above say, more detail gives better answers.

There are several external systems (Dazzle, etc.) available which will process s-video, component and RF sources so that it can be inputted via 1394 and USB connectors to your PC (display, files).  There are PCI and AGP cards which will do the same.  Prices from $10-200 +
