Cannot get rid of pop-up

I have tried ccleaner, adware cleaner, superantispyware, malwarebytes but it's still here/ where did it come from.

What do you mean" cannot get rid of it? What happens when you click "Don't allow" ?

Theres a square you tick which says don't show this again but it makes no difference still pops up.

I ran all above no good and I cannot find it anywhere in the pc.
