Hello everyone, not sure if this is the correct area to post this but I am at a loss... I have a Dell 64 bit desktop with windows 8.1, it has the original vga monitor port disabled, as I have a Radeon 7950 graphics card with 6 hdmi ports, each with a 32" 1080p screen as it's monitor (so I have six monitors running in total). I was getting a notification that "windows powershell has stopped working" so in researching, I found that I apparently had a virus called poweliks. In following a youtube video on how to remove it, I was instructed to go into safe mode with networking. I did this by opening the BOOT tab in msconfig, and clicking SAFEBOOT and NETWORK. When prompted to restart, I did so, and it restarted with no signal to my monitors at all. And that is where I am right now. Several attempts to restart, and still no signal to monitors. I believe it is trying to restart to the original VGA port, but again, that one is disabled. So I have no way of seeing a screen at all, to get back out of safe mode. I have tried to restart, and repeatedly tap F8 in hopes of opening a menu, and then arrow down 11 times to hopefully choose normal mode, but that is not working. I do not understand most tech terms, so I will have no idea what you mean if you use tech terms in your reply. I have used cpomputers extensively for 20 years, so I am familiar, but I just do not know the terminology. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
