    Need help fixing unknown tablet

    Hi there.

    On the back side panel is written
    infoTMIC
           ARM

    The error is System is damaged, please try recover from external storage.

    Have you tried the factory reset yet with button(s) or you cant get that far?

      Some place it should have settings.
      The  android I have seen have a factory reset in the settings.
      But a Google search gives this:

      Hold down the Power button and tap Volume Up. You'll see the Android system recovery menu appear at the top of your screen. Select wipe data / factory reset with the volume keys and tap the Power button to activate it. Select Yes – erase all user data with the volume buttons and tap Power.Dec 6, 2012

      If you type in that UPC code which is visible in yer pics into google it'll likely tell you what unit yer dealin with and then you can go from there...
      Alternatelly this also works with FCC ID #'s...

        Welcome to the forum. Please read the instruction son how to do la first post for help. Then find an area that might cover you problem.

          I find the comnation

          Hold down the Power button and tap Volume Up

          for weird.

          If i hold down the power and then just hit the volume up button the tablet does normal start and does show again the message i wrote about
