100 mb Zip Disk stuck in 750 mb external zip drive

I accidentally put an old 100mb zip disk in my Iomega 750 mb external zip drive. It won't read the diskor eject the disk. I have been unable to eject it using Iomega's troubleshooting suggestions.  Any new suggestions would be much appreciated.

Theresa:

You may have to disassemble the Zip drive to remove the disk.  Do not force it out with some tool, as this may damage the read-write heads of the drive.
