I presume you've checked the tubing isn't kinked or restricted in any way?  Also, if it turns out the cooler is faulty, remember that Corsair tends to provide very long warranties on their components so check that before you outright buy a new cooler.

So i decided to use a compressed air can to blow out the radiator, and also re-cleaned and applied new thermal paste. Got 34C in bios, was getting almost 50C. Downloaded speccy, heres a screenshot of it running on desktop. About 10C better than before. Ran prime95 for 20 min and temperature maxed out at 91C but mostly stuck around 84C.

Update: found my old intel stock cooler that i got with the cpu. Installed that and still getting the same temps. Really starting to think my h80i just died on me.

Looking over your last screenshot... its a 3.4Ghz CPU running at 3.6Ghz . That 200Mhz extra is creating extra heat. In BIOS see if you can force you multiplier to stay at native clock for 3.4Ghz
