I ran Avira from a cd.
There is an ISO file available to download from their website.

    AdwCleaner doesn't offer that option;
I don't know how to create a rescue CD from ADWCleaner.
    Same for Malwarebytes

Every time I try to run any of those exe I get the message: "The requested resource is in use"

I was able to create the following rescue cd's and run them (none resolved the problem)
    - F.Secure
    - Bit Defender
    - Trend Micro
    - EsEt SysRescue
    - Avira

Please help! Don't know what else to do.

Do I have limited time to chat in here? I noticed a minute counter at login page. I hope not. Thanks

Try this: Put your CD in the computer and click on AdwCleaner. Both it and MBAM should run from the disk.
This is not a chat site so you can post as many times as you wish.

Did you mean burn the CD with the downloaded AdwCleaner exe file?
      what is MBAM?

I tried to download AdwCleaner exe (it is a ZIP file) and extract to a folder and then burn the cd with those files.
      It didn't work.

Do you mind giving step by step tutorial on how to do this?
      I would appreciate

btw I did't mean this is a chat site. Sorry, picked the wrong wording.
This is taking forever for me to figure out and I just wasn't sure if there was a limit to the posts.
I've disconnected the PC from the internet because Im not sure what the malware is doing at this point.
But since that is my main work computer Im still using it offline.
        Thank you

No, there is no limit on posts. MBAM is MalwareBytes Antimalware. You need to make a data disc with those two program on the disk. Pop it in your computer and try running each program from the disc.
Do you have the OS disk or is there a Recovery on a separate partition of your hard drive?

Sorry I don't have the OS disk and there's no recovery on a separate partition of my hard drive.
I have created a few bootable Rescue CDs using my other computer (Laptop) after all this happened just in case - the ones I mentioned before. But I don''t think it is the same you talking about right?
Do i need the OS disk or Recovery partition for this new AdwCleaner cd to work?

No, I just wanted to know if you had the OS in case we can't get the computer to work. Putting those programs on a CD is not the same as making a rescue disk. You will need to create a data disc and put those two programs on them. If done correctly, the programs will run off the disk.

I've searched online for tutorials on how to create a data disk with those programs and I couldn't find anything helpful.
Can you point me to a link where I can find it?

My problem is I only have the .exe file downloaded from the websites.
If I click that file it will prompt to install in the computer
Did you mean create a data CD burning the adwcleaner.exe (and the others, mbam-setup.exe etc) to a CD?
Then insert the CD into the infected computer and run from there?
If I do that will it not prompt to install those programs in the affected computer?
Because if that's what is going to happen, the infected computer will probably block the .exe file from running.

Forgive the ignorance. Although Im a lil embarrassed asking. Honest questions tho.

Yes, create a data disk just as you would a music CD. If you transfer the programs to your infected computer they may not run but they will run from the data disk.

I did that. Created a data CD with all 4 programs you recommended in it (AdwCleaner,  MalwareBytes, Junk Removal Tool and Security Check)
                None of them ran.
AdwCleaner resulted a msg: Windows cannot find C:\Users\Owner\Downloads\adwcleaner.exe. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and try again.

For The other programs I got the same msg. "the requested resource is in use"

Could it be because I am downloading and burning the disk from a different computer?

No, I've done that dozens of times. Are you sure you're creating a data disk. When you put the disk in the drive you should be able to see all the programs on the disk. Then, it's simply a matter of double-clicking on each program to run it. What program are you using to burn the disk?

It sounds like you may have burned shortcuts onto the disc, rather than the files themselves.
I was trying to dereference Null Pointers before it was cool.

Yes, BC. that is what it looks like. If he/she burned the programs to the CD they should run from the disk.

Yes BC is correct. I did burn a shortcut for ADWCleaner but not for the other programs (however none of them ran)
I was able to save ADW Cleaner to a USB and run as Administrator.
I am attaching pictures of the process.
After the whole process completed the computer was restarted.
I tried to run ADWCleaner a second time and it didn't run.

Screen shots attached for ADWCleaner process and final report until it prompted to restart (which I did)

I am sending multiple messages to explain what is happening and send screen shots of each process.
