Changing resolution

My brother's gateway, just over a year old, running on XP, has a problem. When ever he clicks on a new link, the resolution changes so everything on the screen is huge. He has to go to control panel and change it so he can see everything on the page.

no, he is the only one who uses it. the pc did the same thing for me, b4 i passed it on to him.

• Uninstall videocard drivers
  
• reset
  
• Install updated videocard drivers.
