    Google is the best free book out there. You must have specific questions I am thinking, so I'd make a list of questions and then ask Google and see what info you can find. There should be lots of useful info to learn with the correct search criteria used.

    If you want a physical book vs online searching then I'd suggest these; however I do not own these. I have no books on 10 and use Google myself.
