ANY HELP IS GREATT!!!

i got my new ipod nano && blah blah..

i have a windows xp professional && have all the requirements to download the software...

im the administrator for my computer && everytime i TRY to download itunes its says i need to sign as the administrator when i already am signed as the administrator..
