    Safe Mode with Network problem
    « on: October 11, 2017, 09:11:16 AM »
I want to be able to boot in Safe Mode with Networking but when I try I am told that I cannot have Networking in Safe Mode and must log out if I want to connect to the internet. How do I deal with this.

A further point, I need things to be simple. Has booting into Safe Mode with F8 been restored yet? If so, what way to switch it on?

F8 access to Safe Mode is no longer available if you use Win8 or Win10.

quickest way into Safe Mode for those OS's is to hold down the Shift key as you restart the PC.
another way is to go into msconfig, Boot tab, and tick Safe Boot, which will always start the PC in Safe Mode until you untick it.

    Shift + F8 works...

    It does?
Cool, I’ll have to give it a try.
