DCC WindowsXP

Is anyone familiar with setting up a DCC parallel connection to transfer data from one computer to another?

I set up a connection on my new computer as guest. It is a DCC connection to LPT1 and I have it set to allow an unsecured password, there was no way that I can see to set it for no password.

On my old computer I set up an incoming connection to LPT1 and set it to allow directly connected devices to connect without a password.

When I try to connect, it gets to the point where it tries to verify user name and password then fails to connect and goes into the redial mode. My problem is that I don't know what to use as a password as I have never set up a password on either machine, or how to set it to connect without a password. I have attempted several that I use like the one that I use to connect to the internet but that doesn't work.

I have XP pro on my old computer and XP home on the new one.

Any help is appreciated
