    Windows 10 sign in
    « on: May 30, 2018, 08:38:08 PM »
I installed a new hard drive, used my recovery disk and re-installed Windows 8. I proceeded to upgrade to 8.1 and then to 10. On boot up, I can't seem to get it to let me go straight to the desktop without saying "the username or password is incorrect". I then have to sign in with my Microsoft password to get to the desktop. I thought I had it licked but it came back. Advice on how to correct this would be much welcomed.

And sometimes it's googling something 10 times because of not getting a response from anyone.
