What country are you in? I'm not sure I know the solution but I suggest the following approach. When you display godaddy.com in your web browser, look at the green GoDaddy logo in the upper left part of the page. Just to the right of it, you should see a little globe icon and a drop-down arrow to the right of it. Click the drop-down arrow and see what Country/Region is selected. If not, United States - English, change it to that and see whether that resolves the issue.
