Find a good photo to verify all the colors.
Notice which colors are missing.
The symptom is most often due to a clogged print head. But it can happen if the ink cartridge has been in storage for a long time and is now very old. These can break down with time. The colors can change or or the ink may not flow well.

It can be very messy.Personal recommendation: If this printer is over a year old, go buy one like it or almost like it. Some of these type of printers sell for under $100. I think you wail save time and money with a new printer.
