AOL- Local Area Connection 3.
« on: January 01, 2006, 12:17:14 PM »
Hey guys,

Here's the problem, Now i have recently got AOL broadband and they have sent me out their modem.

It works and everything is fine, but every now and again i get a little asterix at the task bar and it says Local area Connection 3 disabled. And then the little arrows of my modems conectivity start going green again and it connects. Now it doesn't do anything apart from using my internet for all  of 20 seconds neverless its still annoying.

now i dont have a LAN at my home. What ever this is it seems to be my  Modem.

I suppose i'm looking for a solution to it getting disconnected. i have trued all the cables to see if they are loose but i have found nothing.

Any ideas?

No idea mate but you need to start somewhere.
Give them the problem to start with.  :)
