Security Settings prevent from downloading

You know what?  I followed Fed's suggestion and installed Firefox. It open that URL using Adobe Acrobat 7.0 immediately, in no time and without "hesitation".

Question now is WHY IE COULDN'T?

I never suggested Firefox, it's for girls.

I'm sure you didn't reset all the IE defaults.

Then I said

I added *.navidadlae.terra.es to my trusted sites and it's all good.

No idea. I stopped using Internet Explorer a long time ago and I never spent much time thinking about its shortcomings.

Well, even though I did what you suggest (resetting IE to the defaults) before asking for help in this forum, I did it now again.  Only thing I got is the option of dowmloading the file using DAP, and immediately afterwards I got what you can see in the attached screenshot.

When using Firefox, it uses Adobe Acrobat 7 and show me the result in no time.

OK, I just set all my options to the defaults and like you still couldn't access the site.
The only way I can get there is to put *.navidadlae.terra.es into the trusted sites list.
Now to find out why.

*.terra.es is in my Restricted Sites.

For some reason it is the IE default.
