Chips & Technologies Inc Video Drivers

I have an old Toshiba Portege 320CT with a Video Chipset  - 82C451 - made by Chips & Technologies.  I decided to upgrade to Windows XP after years of Windows 95.  I cannot find the video drivers anywhere!
I just need the display to stretch across the screen and I'll be happy.  Any ideas?

There may be no solution to this due to the production of the machine and C&T went out of business long before XP. Your best and only hope is at www.drivereguide.com, but it is best to use that laptop with the operating system available for it at that time.
