    WIRELESS NETWORK HELP!!!

    I just bought a wirless netgear router and I also bought a wireless network card for my laptop. The router works fine but my laptop does not find a network in range. All of the drivers and software are installed. What am I doing wrong?

    Netgear 11 mbps Wireless 802.11b Router MR814

    Ashton Digital Air Dach Wireless Networking WRCB-1011r

       phoenix_rising753.....Does your laptop see the adapter card when it is inserted ?

      What is the make and model of your laptop ?
      Have you run the network wizard on your laptop ?

        It's a Dell Latiute L400 700 mhz 128 ram 20 gig HD. I have run the wirless network wizard and input the settings of my router, SSID and WEP ect...
