Master reseting

hey i am trying to master reset my computer i have looked throught the books o got with iot but i doesn't say can some one help me ?

I have no idea what a master reset is, and I have been doing this a while. What are you trying to accomplish?


It may be next to the "easy" button?  ;)

      hunningolla......  ok ......what you are trying to do is refered to as formatting and then doing a clean install.
      What operating system are you using and do you have the appropriate M/S cd with the operating system on it and your product key code ( 25 digits)

         hunningolla........  We have to know what operating system your using so we can offer you a solution to reinstalling it ........ there are some differances .

        Operating system means for example win95 , win98 , win98SE , win ME , win2K , win XP Home or Pro
