Logging Into Account Issues

Hi, ok whenever I log onto my Account on XP it seems to take forever for my startup programs to load.  However when I get onto the other account on XP, everything loads up fast.  
 
Why is it doing this or what can I do to fix it.  I have ran spyware scans, antivirus, defragment, diskcleanup.  
 
Any suggestions?

Do you have a lot of running processes on startup? Look in task manager.

    ...and compare it with the Task Manager in the fast loading account.
