Compatible? SuperG Dlink - HP's SpeedBooster

I have a Dlink wireless router with the 108 mbps Super G. I am interested in an HP laptop that has 125 HSM Speedbooster WLAN. Are these hardwares compatible or are they only going to work at 54 mbps? Any advice?
