Server 2003 audio

I just recently installed server 2003 on my thinkpad R40 and unfortunatley for some reason or another there is no audio device Can anyone give me a clue on what to do to fix this

Did you download and install the audio driver? Just out of curiosity, why a server distro on a laptop?

try a windows update and see if that finds a driver for your audio

or do you mean there isnt even a audio device listed in the device manager
