    hi i was wondering if it is legit , it asks me to download a tickerbar

    because i don't know if i may harm my computer and anything on it?

    You could have shown a site & we could have looked.  You obviously have doubts about its purpose so stay away or take a chance.. ;D

    Dont download any sort of toolbar.

    Normally if you dont want it, it is very hard to get rid of them.
