Help I Got A HeadAche!

 :-/ Hmmz... Guys i got a headache with my internet.My internet connection is not working well. Problem? ---> it doesn;t immediately start working to send packets nor recieve much and i am under LinkSys Router. Is there any ways to solve it? Its definetly not any spyware coz i have scan them already.  :-[

have you try ping?  lwhat is you operating system?and what net connection have you got....
