creating a batch file that finds and replaces

To all:

First-timer, here.  Hope you can help me look good for my boss.

We are wanting to create a batch file that will search through all the profiles on a workstation (in c:\documents and settings).  And, if it ever finds a file named VersionA.exe, we want to replace it with a new file named VersionB.exe.

I've seen a number of batch file examples.  But, I've not seen many dealing with file management.

Any hints/tips?  All help would be greatly appreciated.  Thx - Cliff
