Display Properties still not opening

Its me again. The screensaver that I downloaded and opened was from Keebler.com. I won it off of their eprize game. I have done virus scans and used the CC Cleaner but nothing has helped the folder still will not open up. This screensaver unzipped out of a Win Zip folder. It is an Windows XP computer and I really would like to get the display properties to open up again. Any and all suggestions will be of help. Thanks. :o

How about a system restore to a time BEFORE you created this problem?

I've tried system restore also back to last month. This happened 2 days ago. I've also tried opening it in safe mode. Nothing has helped yet.
