Best Free Android to Windows Dta Tranfer Apps?

It is hard to find one that is free. And  the ones you pay for are hard to use. Do, if I have to struggle, I might as well get a free one.
Here are the ones I am looking at:

I would like  a Windows connection, but Android to Android is alright.

What kind of data you want to transfer? For Android to Android transfer, restoring from Google backup is not a bad choice. And there are many vendors who provide built-in apps for migration, like Samsung Smart Switch, LG Backup, etc.

Well, I would like to edit the phone list in Windows.
The iPad and the smartphone are just to tiny for me to edit things.
