CD Drive Problem

I got a problem wit my cd drive.  whenever i turn on the computer, my cd drive pops in and out for like 3 times and then it stays out for the rest of the time my computer is on.  then when i turn off the computer, the drive goes back in.  i cant install anything now becuz that is the only cd drive i have.  is there a way to fix this without having to buy a new one or takin it apart?

This doesn't have to be a hardware problem, you could also have a joke-program (little programs that install themselves when you are surfing on porn sites , and which make funny things on your computer, e.g. opening/closing the CD-Rom drive).
Update your virus scanner and look in its options for joke-programs.
