Unable to close a window

I have a white window with scroll bars (which operate) appearing partially extreme bottom right on my desktop randomly (or at a time I have not been able to link to anything).

It has the text :-

Can't reach this page
Make sure the web address is correct.
Search with Bing, etc, etc.

Can't move it,  can't right click to get anymenu or control, can't find it in task manager.

Help!!

Check in task manager to see if there is a browser open (IE, Firefox, Edge, whatever is on your system)

There was a recent Win update that wonked the Edge browser...i suspect that's the culprit...
