Disabling 16 bit programs to run
    « on: February 01, 2006, 04:05:50 AM »
    Hi,

How i can disable 16 bit programs from running.

Tried renaming ntvdm.exe and its associated dlls.
    They get regenerated.

    Thanks

A self-regenerating file sounds like a virus to me.  Windows executables and dlls do not just come back on their own when you delete them.

Generally speaking you should not be attempting to disable the execution of the 16-bit virtual machine anyway.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
