Is it ok to restart Windows 10 while the update in the settings app says "installing: 58%" for example? Wondering if maybe its stuck or something cause its been a while and if restarting would help, however, computer 101 is dont restart obv. Figure, though, that in this instance it might not be bad since restarting windows natively while its updating in the background. Couldnt find relevant info online.
