Deleting history from XP

In the good old days when I was using 98 deleting history was easy, It probably is on XP when you know how, can anyone point me in the right direction? I can manage to delete them one at a time but this method would take me a week.

Do you refer to your browser history, if so which browser are you using :-?

I prefer the program I bought called 'Window Washer' by 'WebRoot.
