Disgusting DLL Compressing

Alright,  so I am trying to mess with some DLL files on the windows cd.   However,  MS decided to take it upon themselves to turn the DLL files into    .DL_  compressed DLL files.

Does anyone know how to, or of a program that can compress DLL files to .DL_ files?

If memory serves, these files can be uncompressed using the extract.exe program (check your Windows CD).

Use mscompress.exe utility.

For putting compress files on diskette, like windows 3.1 installing diskette.
