    I got my motherboard and when I took it out the motherboard was still in the bag I got Shocked and I don't know if It got short circuit and I don't want to put the other parts in because I don't know if it will also break the other parts Please Help.

      you got shocked...you mean with static electricity? Or what exactly? When you plugged it on the electricity?
      To be on the safe side, you can always return it due to "not" working. But, if you install cpu and ram and gpu and start it...if its faulty, it will start beeping at least. Or stay dead. Usually it will not break components. Usually.
