Cannot detect device (TCP/IP)

Hi,
I am using ZKTeco software - ZKBioTime.net see attachment.
I want to connect the ZKTeco attendance device called iClock 700 to it using TCP/IP.
I can manually enter the IP of the device and can connect to it.
But if I want it to automatically detect, it does not detect.
I want the software to detect automatically by clicking on "search" as shown in the attachment.
