    poor text definition
    « on: February 17, 2006, 12:26:40 PM »
My PC has developed a problem displaying small text. It is very blurred, almost unreadable. I have tried a different monitor but it was no better. The guy I bought the PC from said it was a virus, so formatted the hard drive and reloaded Windows XP Professional, but this has not rectified the problem. Has anyone got any suggestions please.

Is it small & blurred on the icon labels on your desktop?
What is your screen resolution set at?

Right-click on an empty area on your desktop, Properties, then Settings. See Screen resolution.
What browser do you use? (opera, firefox, internet explorer, other? )
