Hi - does anyone know how to get a Sims family to move house? We are using Sims triple deluxe.

Explain... Do you want to move the family out of the house, and into another one, or are you trying to move the family AND the house?

We want to move them out of one house and into another (now that they are rich!).

Ok, this is easy

On the Neighborhood view, click on the little bulldozer, and evict the family. Select Yes. Now, the next option, which is whether or not to destroy the house, is up to you. Now, after evicting them, click on the family icon, and click on the move-in button. Simply select your house from here.
