overclocking with a dimension 4550 board

i have a dell dimension 4550 and a 2.66ghz p4 northwood.  i want to overclock it somehow but all of the programs ive tried arent compatible with the motherboard.  the bios doesnt allow frequency or voltage changes either.  any help?

Dell's are not compatible with overclocking. They are not meant to be. As you see the MB is not designed for it. You may get some kind of minimal  software  workaround, but best to leave it alone.  ;)

    They are good for doing what they are designed to do, especially the Optiplex line. They are not designed for overclocking however.

    yea i havent had any problems with it except some video problems but im sure thats the video card i installed.  i think its got a defect.
