Freq out of range

I have gotten alot of help on this for my mom's puter, but have still not been able to fix.  1st it will not boot in safe mode to repair that way.  I tried to reseat the video card, but just can't get to it.  I brought her monitor to my house and hooked her monitor to my computer and monitor is fine.

    snowbells.......Perhaps if you outline the problem .....we may just be able to help you....First .....what operating system are you using and what are you doing to try and boot in safe mode ?
    You say you are unable to get to the vid card.........is it possible it's a on board card ( built in )

    Why can you not reinstall the videocard?

    If it as an AGP card, you should keep in mind that it may be locked into the AGP slot by a small pin (Depends on the type of mainboard) That has to be pulled out in order to unhook the card.
