Trojan or virus

hyer i am new and need help as not Pc knowledable

a spyware remover  company(caled systemupdates) has got into my computer;  Like i set my homepage to Say Ntl and this companys pages are their even when i put NTL as homepage.

I cant get rid of it.

help please
