Monitor problem

I own an LG Studioworks 452 monitor.  when I switch on the computer the monitor shows retrace lines on the display.  Please help me to solve the problem.

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "retrace lines" but this might help: Troubleshooting PC Monitor Problems.  Perhaps something, such as a speaker too close to the monitor, is causing magnetic interferrence.  Investigate that.  If possible, test that monitor on another computer or try another monitor on your computer.  Your graphics card could possibly be the problem.
