Video clips freeze
« on: March 28, 2006, 12:24:01 PM »
Whenever I try and watch an online video, such as a news clip or Jay Leno monolog it starts to go and then stops.I have changed buffering and streaming settings in Win media but don`t know what else to try.Is this something that can be overcome ??

What is it using to play? Windows Media Player? What is your connection speed? Did this always happen? have you made any changes to your system recently? Do you have virus/spyware protection?

It was working fine.I don`t know at what poiint it stopped.C/Ds & DVDs work fine
It seems to stop after about 2 to4 seconds after starting sometimes it starts again but stops
again. As an example,The David Letterman monolog site works fine. The Jay Leno Site and news clips form NECN don`t. (Maybe its a political statement) Sure is perplexing.
