NTFS has protection against unathorized users.
You can create folders with certain user access permission. But for the same user, you can't protect your foders. E.g. For user A there can be some folder protected and some not. but you can't reach those folders by submitting password. You need to change the current user, to a user with priviligies.
You need to set permission to the certain user (in this case you) and remove others' permission under the Security tab, from the properties of the folder. if this fits you we can talk later...
