    2002 Microsoft Outlook Update Problems

    i'm trying to install the holidays update for my 2002 outlook and when i download the file and try to install it i get the error message "the expected version of this product was not found on your system."
    i'm confused because i definetly have 2002 outlook and it's just not working.
    this is the file i'm trying to install... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910619

    i was hoping someone here could help me.

    Have you installed Office XP Service Pack 3 ? Which operating system are you using anyway? Have you read the installation instructions?

      i tried to install the service pack and it gave me the same error.
      i did read the instructions for the install but that didnt work.
      i am running windows XP
