Screen rolling from top to bottom.
« on: March 25, 2006, 02:08:18 PM »
I have a 12mth old Dell Dimension 5000 PC. Any web-pages on the screen have started to roll up and down - sometimes slowly other times quickly - making it virtually impossible to use.

Dell have replaced the video card, and tested the monitor (over the 'phone) and say that the hardware is OK. However, the problem remains.

My ISP (NTL) says that the browser might be corrupted.
Any suggestions?

Which browser are you using? Have you tried another browser to check this?
