CD-Rom question, please look
« on: March 29, 2004, 03:02:09 PM »
Ok, I have a friends computer, I fixed it up for him from scratch, whoever built it the first time did it soo *censored* backwards that its not even funny, but its all up and running now, the only problem i have at the present moment is that is master CD-Rom, drive D:, is not responding, it keeps telling me to put a disc in the drive, when i have tried several, i have uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled them, several times, and I can't seem to think of anything else, other that completely detatching it from the inside and reattach it and see if its a loose wire, but i wouldn't think so, it tells me all over that its working properly and all the drivers have been signed, if anyone has a suggestion, please let me know thanks.
