Creating a Forum
« on: April 01, 2006, 11:45:17 AM »
I want to create a forum much like this one. I don't want to use any free services like proboards or invision free. I want to host it on my personal webserver. I don't know where to start.

Anyone have any advice? What will I need? PHP? YaBB 2.1? :-?

I got it! ;D Ok, so I've downloaded YaBB 2.1. Now I'm having trouble figuring out how to use it. ;)

Did you read the system requirements for YaBB?  PHP, MySQL, etc.
Only able to visit the forums sporadically, sorry.
