need help

  Is there a program in my windows XP that you can write in your own handwriting or some kind of a making drawing & send as an email.  Help is appreciated.

Not as such.  You could try using the Paint program to create a picture with drawing.  I don't think that what you can achieve with a mouse will look much like what you could achieve with a pen however.  For that, you would need a graphics tablet.
